As Redseer marked 16 years, the celebration went beyond milestones to reflect a deeper purpose – bringing together community, compassion, and collective action.
The highlight of the event was a vibrant drum circle, organised by the Redseer Foundation in partnership with Bangalore Drum Circle. The Foundation, Redseer’s CSR arm, has been driving grassroots impact since 2021 through initiatives in education and annual fundraisers.
This celebration became a platform not just to engage, but to give back : bringing together employees, partners, and beneficiaries in a shared experience of purpose and joy.
A high-energy, inclusive activity that brought everyone together, symbolising unity, rhythm, and collective participation.
The event seamlessly blended celebration with impact, reinforcing Redseer’s commitment to giving back through its CSR initiatives.
Supported by partners including Prime Academy, Dakshana Foundation, Physics Wallah, Vedantu, Bangalore Dairy College, District Collector - Jashpur, and several schools and colleges across North Bangalore.
Proceeds from the event were directed towards meaningful causes, including support for individuals within the Redseer ecosystem.
Students supported by the Foundation were present at the event, sharing powerful stories of resilience, ambition, and transformation.
Through the Redseer Foundation and its partners, the initiative is currently supporting 600+ students across India, enabling access to education and opportunities for growth.
The fundraiser also extended support to two members of the Redseer community—Bhagya and Rajeshwari from the housekeeping team—recognising their strength and contribution.
More than just a celebration, the event reinforced a culture of giving, where employees, donors, and partners came together to create meaningful impact.
It stands as a reminder that collective action when driven by empathy and purpose can create lasting change.
